When there is so much insecurity and even panic the BEST thing to do is to seek the Relaxation Response. Why? Because your thoughts regulate emotions and that affects your body and can potentially weaken it.

Here are some suggestions so that you can become your own thought police.

  1. Use self-hypnosis if you know how
  2. Use EFT to calm down
  3. Meditate
  4. Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong
  5. ANYTHING you use to calm yourself

The more you seek calm, the more your body protects itself. Submitting to fear and panic exposes you more so take charge.
